De Ridder, La Coca Cola Bottling Co that owned Dixie Maid Ice Cream Co passed these out in xxxx to customers, Delaware Punch was produced under this name in Midwest Louisiana area, as I have been told! Calendar with envelope which may have some spots or smudge other wise is New old stock, In good condition!
